Located on Kihim Beach in Alibaug, we have refurbished this luxurious holiday home and will now be renting it out to discerning individuals who are looking for our signature hospitality in Alibaug. Spread across 1 acre, this beautiful bungalow has five bedrooms, amazing sea view and a large, manicured lawn with a gazebo and a private pool. Offering the perfect weekend getaway, this home can be yours. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city without travelling very far and find your own personal paradise in the heart of Alibaug.

House rules

  • Breakfast is complimentary.
  • The staff would be happy to purchase any additional items guests may need.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors/around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
  • Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with these rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa more pleasurable.
  • Guests who are not checked-in or registered as guests of Villa Beira Mar are not allowed to sleep, or to stay overnight.
  • Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra-time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay.
  • A cleaning charge Rs.15,000 (exclusive of taxes) will be applicable for guests bringing pets.
  • Loud music will not be allowed post 10pm and not 11pm. Soft music can be played till 11 pm.
  • Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Check-in time will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check out time will be 11.00 am on departure date. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of Villa Beira Mar .
  • Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.

 

Cancellation policy

  • For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80%* of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note, which can be redeemed at Villa Beira Mar .
  • For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
  • Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
