Igreha is a gated community in Goa tucked away in the hip neighbourhood of Siolim village. The villas here have thick, cream walls, high ceilings and idiosyncratic tiles. While some homes feature ancient Banyan trees others boast of glamorous poolside decks that lend themselves to endless afternoons of G&Ts and good music. Igreha’s Villa F is surrounded by lush foliage which feels deeply restorative. During summers, you can see the tempting vermilion and golden hues of ripened mangoes dangling from the trees. In the spring, you can smell the aroma of fermenting cashew fruit on its way to becoming the locally made urak (also known as Goa’s Jungle Juice).
House rules
- The staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need.
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra-time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay.
- Guests who are not checked-in or registered as guests of Igreha Villa F are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.
- Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable.
- Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors/ around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
- Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm.
- Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
- Check-in time will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability and at the discretion of Igreha Villa F, with additional charges.
- Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of Igreha Villa F.
- Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
Cancellation policy
- For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80%* of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note, which can be redeemed at Igreha Villa F.
- For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.
- For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
- Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
