Description

Villa A is a three-bedroom home, part of Fonteira, inspired by traditional Goan Vaddos. It is located in Assagaon, also known as “the Beverly hills of Goa.” The interiors feature natural tones and rustic finishes like wrought iron and jute chandeliers and earthy upholstery. Worth special mention are the various types of flooring used in different spaces: there are vitrified tiles in the living room, vintage-style, colourful cement tiles in the bedrooms and dramatic, black and-white Indian marble laid in the powder room.

  • The staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that you may need.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors/ around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
  • Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable.
  • Guests who are not checked-in or registered as guests of Fonteira – Villa A are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.
  • Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm.
  • Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra-time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay.
  • Check-in time will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability and at the discretion of Fonteira – Villa A, with additional charges.
  • Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of Fonteira – Villa A.
  • Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
Cancellation policy
  • For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80%* of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note, which can be redeemed at Fonteira – Villa A.
  • For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
  • Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
