Villa Verde is a four-bedroom home located on the border of Anjuna and Assagaon. This luxury holiday home has a rectangular courtyard with the pool in the centre, three bedrooms plus a study surrounding it. Antique doors open up to an airy living room with remarkably high ceilings. The master bedroom upstairs has graphic cement tiles and a Juliette balcony which is the perfect spot to enjoy an espresso or two. Right from the outdoor deck to the alfresco dining table surrounded by exotic plants, guests who have stayed here, love Villa Verde’s common areas.

  • Breakfast is complimentary.
  • The staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that you may need.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors/ around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
  • Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable.
  • Guests who are not checked-in or registered as guests of Villa Verde are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.
  • Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra-time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay.
  • Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm.
  • Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Check-in time will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability and at the discretion of Villa Verde, with additional charges.
  • Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of Villa Verde.
  • Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
Cancellation policy
  • For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80%* of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note, which can be redeemed at Villa Verde.
  • For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
  • Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
